Judicial Expert in Construction & Naval Matters

Aurelio is a Court-Appointed Judicial Expert recognized by the Courts of Valencia, Spain, with more than three decades of experience in structural pathology, non-destructive diagnostics, and forensic evaluation of building defects.

He has conducted expert assessments for:

• Property Owners’ Associations (e.g., Comunidad de Propietarios Calle Planas 30, Valencia),
• Major Insurance Companies,
• International Law Firms,
• And Local Government Authorities.

His reports are legally admissible, technically rigorous, and now serve as the oracle for fund release in Aurema’s tokenized projects.
